Hello! Think of all my extra appearances this week, as making up for my probably erratic summer. clichés are born in truths and this week was a feast for my fingers, rather than the famine that strikes sometimes, even when I want to write.
I usually respond to The Sunday Whirl‘s prompt and never have time for others. This week it’s the Whirl, the We Write Poems prompt later this week, and what I have below from the Facebook group: My Name Is Not Bob. The challenge can be found on the blog: rhymes with tao. Head over to read what others have posted.
The exercise is a good one for when your brain is on strike, or you are bored, or restless. Wander through your books and find a poem in the titles. I am a little restricted because our books are back in San Antonio, but I played with the few we have here.
Making your own days —
where there’s a will
a whole new mind
in the palm of your hand —
sleeping on the wing
a finer end.
I’m not sure about the poetry, but playing with the titles was fun. Give it a try.

I like the idea…I went to the site, but yours really made sense to me ! Funny,
when I was painting with the group at the library in Somesville, I was drawn to the titles of the books…didn’t take a photo of any, but have plenty here !
